「主権」

　しかし、私はSovereigntyという概念がもう一つよく分かっていない。法‐政治学においてならともかく、「存在」においてなぜそれがそれほど重要な概念なのかが根本的なところでぴんと来ない。なぜ分からないのかがそもそも考察に値する問題だと思う。
